Description

The shaving machine 07575 P1 is used for shaving leathers of sided cowhides, calfskins and grasser skins and of untrimmed splits.

The sturdy arrangement of the frame with robust side parts of open-end type is the basis of precise operation and universal use of the machine. The sleeplessly adjustable speed of feeding, which is automatically switched-on before the closing of the machine, enables uniform beginning of the feeding and a choice of the most suitable feeding speed for each sort of leather. The reverse running of the supporting roller outstandingly decreases the operator’s stress in taking the leather out of the machine.The prompt setting of the machine-supporting roller into the unparallel position in relation in relation to the bladed roller enables thinning the leather in the middle of the working width with absolutely uniform transition towards the boarders and compensation of defections of operating rollers.

The equipment for automatic change of thickness enables, even during the saving, to change the shaving thickness according to pre-selected values. The automatic grinding of blades of the bladed roller with central lubrication of the grinding device rest achieves optimum renewal of cutting edges of the blades and influences thus favourably the service life of the blades.

The individual construction groups of the machine are of simple and purposeful design with respect of achieving high precision of shaving at high productivity and minimum demands for attendance and maintenance.
